Spinach Salad LM

           

10 ounces  spinach,  washed stemmed

8 slices bacon           

3 eggs,  hard boiled

1 small  red onion, minced

1 cup salad oil           

3/4 cup sugar           

1/4 cup cider vinegar           

1 teaspoon  Worcestershire sauce           

1 small onion,  diced

1/3 cup ketchup           

Mix dressing ingredients in blender.  One batch is enough for 2 bags of spinach. Only use enough to make leaves glisten.  Add judiciously.
