Inspired by the story of a woman who lost all her recipes in a fire, along with her cook book colllection, I signed on to help replace some with my own favorite recipies. Once I got started, I realized this was one way to make my recipes available to my nearest and dearest if they will bookmark the blog.

Chocolate Chip Pie

Chocolate Chip Pie

unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1/4/lb butter melted
1/2 cup flour
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

In small mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar and eggs. Beat until combined.
Add melted butter and mix well. Fold in chips and nuts and pour into
unbaked shell.

Bake in a 325 degree oven (preheated) for one hour. Serve warm or cold with
whipped cream or ice cream...Serves 8 generously or more!
